This website provides information about Pastor Brian Muganyizi Ministry, including sermons, events, outreaches, giving opportunities, merchandise, Lipa Polepole instalment plans, and ministry contact channels.

Ministry Content
Sermons, blogs, images, videos, designs, posters, and written content on the website belong to the Ministry or are used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may share public ministry content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not alter it in a misleading way, remove attributions, or claim ownership. Any other use requires prior written permission from the Ministry.
Events and Outreaches
Event dates, venues, programmes, and speakers may be subject to change. The Ministry will make reasonable efforts to update the website when material changes occur, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all circumstances.
Registration for an event does not automatically guarantee reserved seating unless clearly stated on the event page. Attendance may be subject to capacity limits.
Giving and Donations
Giving is voluntary. Please review the Giving / Donation Policy before making any donation or offering through this platform.
Merchandise Purchases
Merchandise purchases are subject to the Refund Policy, Pickup Policy, Delivery Policy, and Lipa Polepole Policy where applicable.
Account and Admin Access
Admin access is restricted to authorised Ministry team members. Unauthorised access to, or attempted access to, admin areas, dashboards, or restricted systems is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018 of Kenya.
Limitation of Liability
The Ministry will make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits Ministry liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, confirmed orders or donations that were successfully processed, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above and to the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, the Ministry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website downtime, third-party service failures, payment provider errors, courier or delivery failures beyond our control, or losses caused by incorrect information provided by a user.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the website, a purchase, a donation, or any other matter covered by these Terms, follow this process:
- Contact us in writing through the website contact form or any official contact details published by the Ministry, with full details of the issue.
- The Ministry will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 21 business days.
- If the dispute is not resolved within 21 business days, either party may escalate the matter to mediation or, if unresolved, to a court of competent jurisdiction in Kenya.
Nothing in this process prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a Kenyan court where necessary.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Kenya. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya for disputes arising from these Terms or use of this website.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and version number. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or through a notice on the website. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
