Effective June 1, 2026 | Version 1.0 | Governing law: Kenya

Giving / Donation Policy

Giving through this platform is entirely voluntary and supports Pastor Brian Muganyizi Ministry work, including meetings, outreaches, missions, media ministry, and special projects. Giving through this platform does not constitute a commercial transaction, investment, purchase, or entitlement to any personal benefit, reserved seating, or special treatment.

Giving Categories

Available giving categories may include:

  • Tithe / Offering.
  • Looking Unto Jesus Meetings.
  • Learning the Word Afresh.
  • Outreach Support.
  • Missions.
  • Media Ministry.
  • General Ministry Support.
  • Special Projects.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful transaction, the system will provide a confirmation screen and, where an email address was supplied, an email confirmation including:

  • Payment reference number.
  • Amount given.
  • Giving category selected.
  • Date and time of transaction.

Use of Funds

Funds given through the platform will be applied to the giving category selected by the donor wherever reasonably possible. However, all giving through this platform is to the general ministry unless the donor selects a specific project that has been confirmed as active.

If a specific project is completed, fully funded, or discontinued after giving has been received, the Ministry will endeavour to notify donors by email where contact details are available and will apply the funds to a closely related ministry purpose. The Ministry will not redirect designated funds to unrelated purposes without donor consent, except where required by law or where delay would cause harm to ministry operations.

The Ministry does not guarantee specific outputs, outcomes, or results from any giving category.

Giving Is Generally Non-Refundable

Voluntary giving and donations are not refundable as a general principle. A refund may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment within the same session.
  • An incorrect amount entered because of a clear technical error.
  • A payment processing error that resulted in an incorrect charge.
  • An unauthorised transaction reported promptly with supporting evidence.

Refund requests under these limited circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction and include the payment reference, amount, date, and explanation of the issue.

Anonymous Giving

If anonymous giving is enabled on the platform, the donor name will not appear in public-facing reports or ministry communications. Payment provider records and internal finance reconciliation records may still retain transaction details for compliance and audit purposes.

Record Keeping

The Ministry retains giving records for reconciliation, stewardship reporting, audit, legal compliance, and regulatory purposes. Records are retained in accordance with the Data Retention provisions of the Privacy Policy.
